One team, from coordination to aftercare

LLYTANA is the coordinating contractor within the LLYDA Group, connecting the different parties working on site. Once the contractors and tradespeople have been selected, our construction team closely follows the works from the first intervention through to handover.

Work on our own sites

Alongside site coordination and supervision, our team carries out a wide range of work itself: flooring and tiling, terraces and paving, garden fencing, stair cladding, painting, plasterboard, insulation and repairs to plasterwork, screed and render.

We also handle small building works, renovations and professional cleaning, so smaller interventions receive the same care as larger projects.

Involved after handover

Our service does not end when a building is delivered. For co-owners’ associations managed by LLYDA SYNDICUS, LLYTANA carries out repairs and renovations, coordinates technical works and provides general cleaning.

At an individual co-owner’s request, we can also work inside a private unit. This allows the LLYDA Group to offer an integrated service, from construction and renovation to technical maintenance and aftercare.

Available for external projects

LLYTANA does not work exclusively within the group. Private clients, property managers and other clients can rely on our expertise for the execution, coordination or supervision of building and renovation works.

Whether the assignment involves a specific repair, a renovation or several trades, we work with a clear approach, direct communication and close attention to the quality of execution.
