Letting without the daily burden

Letting property should not be a daily concern. As property manager, we act as the central point of contact for both owner and tenant and provide professional follow-up, from letting and administration to technical and financial management. We keep one objective in mind at all times: to relieve you of as much work as possible. You remain the owner and retain oversight, while we handle the daily follow-up and continuity of the tenancy. Technical management

We follow and coordinate necessary repairs and damage cases. Each year we inspect the property’s general condition, order and cleanliness so that any issue can be identified and addressed in good time.

Financial management

We monitor rent payments and keep you informed of arrears. The rental deposit is arranged through specialist external partners. We also follow the annual rent indexation and apply it correctly under the applicable regulations.

Administrative management

We act as the central contact between owner and tenant and handle communication and practical follow-up.

For a new letting, we look for a suitable tenant based on your wishes. We advertise and present the property, guide candidates and report our findings to you. The final choice is made together.

After selection, we prepare and register the tenancy agreement. We check the fire insurance and can arrange the energy performance certificate and other legally required documents. Detailed condition reports are prepared at check-in and check-out.

When notice is given, we manage the full move-out process and, where possible, start looking for a new tenant during the notice period. If the property forms part of a co-owned building, we can also attend general meetings and represent your interests.
